It was worth it.I don't have to fall in line & open my wallet going in the museums & getting a ride (train, bus). What disappointed me is about the free items that were mentioned in the internet like free cell phone rental for ? days, etc. When I went to pick-up the tickets at Hard Rock Cafe, I was told that I have to go to the tour office somewhere near the Opera House to claim or ask about these things. What a waste of time. Why won't you just let people go to one place for these. This is a hassle especially for people who is in the city for the first time.Be kind to tourists pls.
Before we booked this tour, I looked at different site. You site offered a good value with the minimum cost. The tour guide, unfortunately I don't remember her name, but she is from Australia, was professional knowledgable and fun. We had a good time in Salzburg. In addition, we booked all our tours through your company while vacationing in Munich. I can say that we were satisfied with the knowledge and delivery of your company and employees.
I used the New York city pass during the summer of 2009. I thought it was a great value. It included all of the must see sights, including Top of the Rock, a cruise around the Statue of Liberty and a trip up the Empire State building. One thing I did miss was that this pass does not include any local transportation which some other Citypass's include, but really we were able to walk almost everywhere anyway. We did see three of the included museums which I loved. The Met has an unbelievable collection. I don't think you can lose with this pass. It was no problem to exchange the voucher for the pass at the first sight. I believe it was the Empire State Building.
