You will travel by train from London to Edinburgh. Your time in Edinburgh is at leisure - receive tickets for Edinburgh hop-on, hop-off tour, admission to Edinburgh Castle, a city map and a guidebook – what you see and when is up to you!
While in the city you can wander through the cobbled city centre streets, visit St Giles's Kirk or John Knox's House or stroll along Princes Street checking out the tartan, whisky and shortbreads that have made Scotland famous. Some of the Edinburgh highlights are:

This tour starts at Kings Cross Rail Station at 06:30am. You will met by a representative who will give you a round trip train ticket (with reserved seats), an entrance ticket to Edinburgh Castle, a ticket for the Edinburgh hop-on, hop-off tour, a city map and an information guide. (Please note the tour is unescorted).
You will arrive in Edinburgh at approximately 11:30am. There is a stop for the hop-on, hop-off tour very close to the station so you can start your Edinburgh sightseeing straight away. The hop-on hop-off ticket allows you the freedom to leave and re-join the bus as often as you like. The ticket will be valid for the duration of your time in Edinburgh. Frequent departures throughout the day mean you have total flexibility to plan your day the way you choose.

The details of your return journey will be contained in your information pack. You will leave Edinburgh late in the afternoon and arrive at Kings Cross where the tour ends at 10:30pm.

Very well organised. The only thing I would say is that the timing concerning the departure of the train and meeting the rep at Kings X could be better explained. The party had a wonderful time. They were from the US and wanted to experience Edinburgh. The time was enough for us. Excellent
Long day, but worthwile if you do not have much time to see Edinburgh. Edinburgh was surprisingly small & really only needs a day to look at. Return train ride home was...
