The King of the Jungle humbly requests your presence at his court in the only tropical zoo in America. Bow down in awe of the power and grace of over 3,000 animals spread across 750 beautifully maintained acres. Then, feast like nobility at the Carousel Café, Oasis Grille, or Fiesta Café. You are sure to have a royally good time at Florida’s largest zoological garden. Long live the King!

At Zoo Miami, you can let the pups run wild at the Playworld Playground! Swing like orangutans at Jungle Journey before cooling off under a whale tail waterfall at Ocean Voyage, one of several waterplay areas found throughout the Zoo. It’s a welcome treat in the tropical heat.

At the Wacky Barn inside Critter Connection, kids can pet and groom goats and sheep while learning about trained behaviors during a presentation by zookeepers. And, don’t miss Animal Tales, where you can meet Zoo Miami’s animal ambassadors up close in a special exhibition of native and exotic animals. It’s entertainment, unleashed!
