Sorry, but we will need you to print a paper version of your booking voucher (we're working on changing this ). At this time no refund can be given to customers without a printed copy of their voucher.

The confirmation voucher includes the local activity operator’s contact details. They’re a nice bunch, and will happily answer any logistical questions you may have. Please give them a call at least 24 hours before your organized activity to reconfirm.

So there’s no last-minute rush please arrive at your hotel lobby 4 hrs early. Local supplier will not be waiting for more than 5 minutes before departing from your address.

Kindly book your transfers at least 2 days prior to the date of travel.

Please mention your flight number and time or location details at Disneyland in the special request section at the time of booking.

All children occupying a seat will be requested to pay the full fare. Baby seats are not provided by the carrier.

Upon arrival, the client will be met at the customs exit by a driver holding a sign bearing the clients name.

Car can accommodate maximum 4 passengers. Mini Van can accommodate up to 8 passengers.

Luggage Restrictions: You may take one regular-sized suitcase and one item of hand luggage free of charge. For any extra or unusual luggage, we may ask you to pay a supplement.

If you are departing on a Sunday or Monday you will need to confirm your transfer by the Friday.
