All guests must be capable of riding a bicycle independently & should be above 13 years of age to ride an ebike

For safety reasons, children's attachments such as trailers and tag-a-longs are not permitted on tours.

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult over 18 to receive a bike.

Please bring a government-issued photo ID to be held as a deposit for all rentals, and a credit card to be kept on file for bike security.

For your safety and the group's, all tour participants must wear the provided helmets throughout the tour.
